TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

By confirming an order with Dizlicious you are agreeing to have read, understood and consented to the below terms and conditions. 

Privacy Policy: your privacy is important to us, it will be protected and will not be used for marketing purposes unless consent is provided. 

INGREDIANTS 

All cakes, fillings, and icings may contain or come into contact with soy, wheat, dairy, nuts, or other allergens. It is the Customer's responsibility to inform Dizlicious of any allergies prior to confirming their booking. Customers are also responsible for informing their guests about any allergy information. Therefore, Dizlicious will not be liable for any allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of the product/sweet.

NOTICE FOR ORDERING 

We ask for at least fourteen (14) days' notice for all orders. This time allows us to prepare, stock, and source the required materials/ingredients for your order. However, we will endeavour to accept short-notice orders where availability permits. Orders made within 48 hours of the required date will be subject to a $20.00 late notice fee.

PAYMENT / DEPOSITS 

Cakes: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure and confirm your order. The remaining balance is due on or before the pickup date.

Cupcakes & Brownies: Total balance is due on or before the pickup date. If the customer has ordered more than 1 dozen cupcakes, a $25.00 deposit (goes towards materials) is required upon confirmation.

If paying by cash, correct change is appreciated, as we may not have exact change on hand. If paying by internet transfer, it needs to be completed upon pick up with visual confirmation shown.

CUSTOM ORDERS 

Custom orders are items that are not usually offered on our menu; this does NOT include custom cakes. These orders are only confirmed after communication between Dizlicious and the customer to determine if we can fulfill your requests. Depending on the nature of the custom order, Dizlicious may require a deposit or full payment upfront or upon pickup; this will be advised during communication.

PICTURE ORDERING

Any products ordered from a picture/photo of a product made by another baker can only be reproduced by Dizlicious as our interpretation of that product and will NOT be an exact replica of the product in that picture/photo. Please note, no two cakes are the same. Exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed; however, we will endeavour to match as closely as possible to meet your requirements.

PICK UP / DAMAGES 

The Customer is liable for any damage, accident, or mishap that may occur once the cake is released from the care and custody of Dizlicious. If a third party will be collecting the cake on behalf of the customer, that person must sign a release form stating the cake was received in good condition at the time of pickup. Dizlicious is not liable for any damage that may occur thereafter. If there are damages, please contact us immediately, and we will endeavor to provide as much help as possible, as we understand accidents do occur.

Pickup address will be sent to you one day before the confirmed pickup date.

It is the responsibility of the Customer to check the state of the product before leaving the premises. Once the item has left the premises, the Customer is responsible for ensuring that the product gets to its destination safely and is stored as per our instructions to achieve the best results for taste and quality.
